The company promised to find out the reasons and soon publish video instructions and a separate home page with answers to questions.

Users were asked not to delete the app and to disable the “Download Unused Apps” feature.

Avito warned that push notifications may become unavailable after a while. The company recommended focusing on email alerts and in-app messages.

The company also recommended downloading the app via a link from the official website, on Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi Market, Galaxy Store, Rustore, if it has not been installed yet.

In July, the Avito app disappeared from Apple’s App Store for about a day. No reasons were given as to why it was removed.

The day before, the Russian video hosting app Rutube disappeared from Google Play and the App Store. The company itself explained it through sanctions.
