Bakalchuk explained that the lawsuit demands that the transaction for the transfer of the Wildberries.ru domain, the cost of which he had previously estimated at $3 million, to the combined company Wildberries and the Russ RVB LLC group, be recognized as insignificant.

The Savyolovsky Court is also considering the Wildberries founder’s divorce application; The preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 16.

As IQ Technology managing partner Alexander Logunov (who represents Vladislav Bakalchuk’s cases on domain name and intellectual property disputes) reported, the Wildberries.ru domain is one of the company’s key assets and “it is impossible to imagine a market without this domain, which millions of users enter every day in their browsers.”

Logunov also noted that Tatyana Kim transferred the domain to the united company RVB, knowing that Vladislav Bakalchuk did not agree with this decision. In this sense, according to the lawyer, this transaction should be declared invalid.

On October 7, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region also left Bakalchuk’s request to his wife, Wildberries LLC and RVB for 350 billion rubles without action until November 7.
