Ozon proposed that some of the collection points (POP) in Moscow and the Moscow region allow pets: you can get to them with a pet. This was reported to RB.RU by the market’s press service. The owners of the collection points can join the project if they wish, they added.

A sticker will appear on the entrance door to the pickup point, telling you that you can enter there with a pet. There, pets can be offered water, hygiene items and waiting areas adapted to animals, depending on the capabilities of the collection point.
“Owners will be able to make an independent decision on connection based on the capabilities of the premises, demand for the option among buyers and other factors,” Ozon said. Ozon did not report other requirements for the collection point, for example, its surface area, but noted that the creation of pet-friendly areas is not expected in small towns.
The PVZ Pet-Friendly Marketplace will provide free training to pet-friendly owners and employees on how to set up a pet-friendly space.
According to a company survey, half of Ozon’s customers have pets and sales of pet food and products on the site grew 62% year-over-year in the first half of the year.
