India has become the second-largest supplier of critical technology with limited access to Russia, US and European officials told Bloomberg. Exports increased from $60 million in April-May to $95 million in July.

According to agency sources, India actively supplies the Russian Federation with chips, microcircuits and equipment that may be subject to sanctions. Bloomberg’s interlocutors are confident that at least a fifth of these technologies can be used in the military-industrial complex.

According to current supply figures to Russia, only China is ahead of this country. Experts write that one of the catalysts for export growth was the impressive reserve of rupees earned from oil sales to India.
