Yandex Travels and the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) launched the project “It looks better from the stands.” With their help, fans will be able to find affordable hotels with convenient locations for hockey game dates. This was reported to RB.RU by the company’s press service.

On the project website, fans can select a team, dates and receive information about upcoming matches, as well as how to get to the stadium. The service also offers a selection of hotels near the stadium and the opportunity to book a room at a discount of up to 25% when paying via the Faster Payment System (FPS).
Users can also view city guides and get recommendations for local attractions.
According to the service, more and more Russians are traveling to attend major sporting events. More than a third of Russian residents are interested in such trips, a survey of companies conducted in September showed.
In summer, Yandex Travel launched the “Weekend” section. With it, it will be easier for users to travel to a neighboring city or a new place. The section contains all the information about the selected vacation spot: weather, attractions, event posters, etc. Information about events in the city will be updated automatically after changing dates.
