Within the framework of the agreement between the company and the government of Uzbekistan, it is planned to build two modern high-tech lines for the production of finished products.
The plant’s capacity will be 1.5 billion doses per year. One third of the volume of products produced at the new plant will be exported, the report states.
The plant will be located on the territory of the Navoi Industrial Development Complex industrial park and will create more than 200 jobs. Uzbekistan will be responsible for the construction of infrastructure facilities in the adjacent territory.
General Director of Arnest Packaging Solutions, Alexander Isaev, noted that the localization of production in Uzbekistan will strengthen the company’s presence in the export markets of the EAEU countries, Central Asia and the Caucasus, and will also free up the volumes of export produced in Russia to meet needs. of the Russian market.
In July, a representative of Arnest Packaging Solutions informed Vedomosti about plans to expand production capacity. The company intends to launch a third line for the production of aluminum cans at a new plant in Ulyanovsk at the end of 2025 and, if demand continues, a fourth in 2026. The expected productivity of all lines can be 3 billion cans per year and the total investment in the plant will exceed 20 billion rubles.
