Analytical agency Markswebb conducted a study of applications from 5 ecosystems: MTS, Sber, T-Bank, Yandex and VK. It took into account more than 400 different assessments, such as quality of services, potential for improvement and compliance with customer preferences.
First place SberBank Online scored 68.5% with an overall score. One of the advantages is the presence of a chatbot that helps to find out the reasons why bonuses for purchases were not credited. However, in the application you cannot see exactly how many bonuses were credited for a specific purchase.
Second place My MTS is 68.1%. The application features easy navigation, centralized information about ecosystem services, a detailed analysis of expenses, a forecast of future expenses, as well as virtual control of cashback.
