The parent structure of Alfa Bank, the AB holding, entered the capital of the Mozen service, as follows from the changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, to which Interfax drew attention.
Mozen is an instant payment service for taxi drivers and taxi companies.
As follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, AB Holding now owns 32% of Mozen LLC. Another 68% remained with the general director of the project, Oleg Semibratov.
The Mozen service has been operating since 2019, its partners are Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, Tochka and Modulbank.
In early August, AB Holding acquired a 25% stake in banknote operator Kassir.ru.
