Chery demonstrated a prototype of an unmanned flying electric vehicle called Land and Air Vehicle at the Global Innovation Conference in China.
It consists of three parts: flying equipment, cockpit and landing gear. There is no steering wheel or gas pedal inside. Control is entirely the responsibility of someone who can take over the flight of the computer and drive around the city.
The electric car is designed for two people. It takes off and lands vertically, the maximum flight altitude is 1 km, speed is 120 km/h, time is 40 minutes.
The prototype is still in development, there is no talk of a release date. But it has already successfully flown 80 km at the test site.
