According to them, the peak of complaints occurred between 18:00 and 18:30 Moscow time. The number of complaints about the operation of the market’s online resources exceeded 100.
In the comments, users report that the Magnit Market website does not load, they cannot log in to their personal account, and the Magnit application displays an error.
Judging by Downdetector data, the bug affected users in many regions of Russia: complaints were received from Udmurtia, Tatarstan, the Kirov region, St. Petersburg and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
The Magnit Market Telegram channel confirmed the ruling and noted that “a moment like this happens in the life of every market.” Users were urged not to worry, assuring that “everything will be resolved soon.”
