Sberbank’s real estate purchasing service “Domklik” has launched housing selection using artificial intelligence. It is based on the GigaChat neural network developed by the bank, the company’s press service informed RB.RU.

The new feature is available to all authorized users. It allows you to find apartments in new buildings and on the secondary market, rooms, townhouses, houses, as well as non-residential real estate, land and garages.
To use housing selection with GigaChat, you need to go to the Domklik home page, enter a text query in the search bar and go to the “Select real estate with a neural network” tab. The AI will select housing options according to the user’s wishes. The wizard can also be started from the support chat.
Sber launched GigaChat in April 2023, the service supports Russian and English languages. The neural network can, among other things, answer user questions, maintain a dialogue, and write program code.
In October 2024, the bank said it had trained GigaChat to recognize images, printed and handwritten texts, formulas, graphs, tables and analyze the data they contain.
