As RBC learned from company sources, GPM-Holding intends to vacate “at least two or three” of the five rented apartments. Now it occupies about 8.5 thousand square meters. m of the total area of the seven-story business center (12.3 thousand square meters).
A “representative office” will remain in the former main office in the capital, and the premises will be used “to hold meetings with the group companies that remain in Moscow.”
The owner of the business center, as well as a source from the Holding, assure that practically all the premises have been rented to new tenants. And in St. Petersburg, 5 thousand square meters are allocated for the GPM headquarters. m in the Electro business center on Moskovsky Prospekt.
Rental prices in this St. Petersburg business center are estimated at 200 million rubles per year. If we talk about the RochDel Center, then we can talk about 70 thousand rubles per square meter. m per year (595 million rubles for five floors per year).
