Complaints began to arrive at approximately 07:30 Moscow time. Users reported issues loading the app and sending messages.
The peak of complaints occurred at 09:30 Moscow time. At that time, 458 users reported problems and network failures reached 3.69%. In addition, almost 800 users of the “Sboi.RF” portal reported problems with the operation of Viber.
According to him, most of the reports about the failure came from Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Krasnodar region, the Samara region and the Nizhny Novgorod region.
