Domestic developers of ElarScan scanners have significantly updated their ScanImage software, introducing “smart” algorithms based on artificial intelligence. These innovations have significantly accelerated the document digitization process, reducing the need for human involvement in manual processes. The program saves users time and effort by automatically performing tasks such as turning pages and initiating scans.

Additionally, ScanImage independently determines the boundaries of the original and simplifies document processing by cropping images. If the document cannot be opened completely, V correction, a unique feature that allows you to scan in a V shape, is used and the program automatically corrects the image. Even if the operator accidentally places a document unevenly, the program itself will correct the misalignment, eliminating the need to rescan. The software can also detect blank pages, control image brightness levels, and automatically improve the quality of digital copies.
