“GK Russ transferred its assets to LLC RVB” <...>. Corresponding changes have been made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. “We are talking about the transfer of subsidiary legal entities to Stinn LLC,” the press service said in a statement.
In September, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) approved the transfer of Russ’ assets to RVB. The regulator later noted that the agreement would not represent a restriction of competition because it affects different markets. In the summer, RVB transferred 27 of its subsidiaries to Wildberries.
Marketplace and Russ announced their merger in June and the creation of the combined company in July. Wildberries co-founder Tatyana Kim called the merger a “new stage of development” and promised to open up new opportunities for partners and customers.
Together, Wildberries and Russ plan to create “the ultimate digital commerce platform.” The geography of the strategic project will cover Russia, the CIS countries, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, India and China (in total, more than 5.8 billion people).
The co-founder of Wildberries and Tatyana’s husband, Vladislav, are trying to challenge the merger of companies. In particular, the businessman turned to the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, and together they accused Russ of “takeover by storm” of the business. Tatyana explained her husband’s statements and what was happening with the divorce process.
