“Ksenia Yudaeva made an invaluable contribution to the formation of the Bank of Russia as a modern institution. It was she who helped introduce the inflation targeting mechanism. <...> It is largely due to her that we manage to maintain financial stability during crises,” said the president of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina.

Yudaeva worked at the Bank of Russia since September 2013, initially she was responsible for monetary policy, and then began to deal with issues of strategy, forecasting and financial stability.
