Apple has upgraded ChatGPT integration in iOS 18.2 beta 2.
The Apple Intelligence connection now has a section that displays ChatGPT’s daily request limit and a new option to sign up for a paid ChatGPT Plus subscription for $19.99 per month.
By default, all requests in ChatGPT are processed through the CPT-4o language model. When the request limit in the low version ends, the simplified GPT-4 language model is used. The limit is rented out within 24 hours.
A paid subscription allows ChatGPT unlimited, upload any number of files, create unlimited images and use enhanced voice mode.
ChatGPT users with an existing paid subscription can link their account to Apple Intelligence.
