Users can check if their device is affected by the issue by entering the serial number on the Apple Service Program page. If the device is repairable, users can have their iPhone 14 Plus repaired free of charge from Apple or any authorized service. Those who have already paid for the repair can request a refund from Apple.

The program will be valid for three years from the date of first sale for eligible devices.
