How to connect
At this stage, there may be companies registered in Russia and posting applications in RuStore. To start you need to go through verification through State Services or on the website of one of the accredited banks.
This is confirmation of the connection between the bot owner and a legal entity.
After this, access to the tools opens in the “Tools” section in RuStore.

Participants of the “Partner Platform” will be able to:
- Automate customer support: the chatbot will take over typical requests and reduce the load on operators.
- Launching mini-applications and selling within MAX without going to external sites
- Create your own channels for publishing company news and content.
Launch stages
The platform is opening in stages. Ozon, Magnit, X5, VkusVill, VTB, Alfa-Bank, T2 and Ingosstrakh are already participating in the first stage. In total there are more than 500 partners.
At the second stage, the platform’s capabilities become available to RuStore publishers – more than 15,000 Russian developers with a total audience of tens of millions of users.
Next, MAX plans to open the platform to all entrepreneurs, including the self-employed.
In addition, partners provide advanced analytics on customer management within the messenger to optimize work and personalize services.
