The system works on the principle of a neural network that mimics the work of the human brain, which perceives and interprets taste sensations.

The researchers provided the network with 20 parameters to analyze the interaction of liquids with sensors. The AI ​​identified the indicators independently, resulting in over 95% accuracy.

According to Professor Saptarshi Das, artificial language simulates the process of perceiving food in the same way the brain does, creating new opportunities for improving food quality control technologies.
