Users in 29 cities complained on November 8 about a malfunction in the Bank of St. Petersburg, according to data from Downdetector.su. The editor of RB.RU was also unable to access the website of the credit institution.

The majority of complaints were registered in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region (86%), as well as in Moscow and the Moscow Region. According to the Bug Service of the Russian Federation, as of 1:30 p.m. Moscow time, 832 messages had been received.
The majority of problems are related to the operation of the mobile application: 50% of the total number of complaints. The bank’s website experienced difficulties for 31% of users, failures in services were recorded in 9%, and in the operation of their personal account – in 4%. General system failure was also recorded in 4% of users.
RB.RU sent a request to the bank.
