To protect important data, especially those stored in Google services, you should consider switching to Russian analogues. This opinion was expressed by Igor Bederov, NTI SafeNet market expert and head of T.Hunter’s investigation department. He reminded that the Google ecosystem includes more than 90 services for business and users, including business and entertainment applications. But today Russian users can find worthy domestic alternatives that fully perform the same functions.
According to Bederov, Russian cloud services such as Yandex Disk, Cloud Mail and SberDisk can be used to store data, which is an excellent alternative to Google Drive. He suggested using Yandex Mail or Mail.Ru as analogues of Gmail. These solutions provide secure storage and data exchange, offering the same level of convenience and functionality as foreign services.
The expert also noted that ready-made solutions are already available for organizations that collect all the necessary services in a single ecosystem. Among them, Bederov highlighted Yandex 360, VK WorkSpace and MyOffice. These platforms offer a wide range of business tools that enable convenient and efficient interaction between employees within the company.
