SDEK launched interval deliveries in 20 Russian cities. As part of this service, it is possible to select a specific time interval for receiving a package, even within an hour, a representative of the logistics operator told RB.RU.

“Now SDEK customers will be able to choose specific time slots for delivery, even within an hour. This will solve the problem of long waits for the courier and help users plan their day,” the company explained.
After placing the order, the customer will receive an SMS with an offer to select a convenient delivery interval. The courier will deliver the package within the selected period.
SDEK believes that interval delivery will be in demand for online stores and small and medium-sized business owners.
The service is available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-Don, Chelyabinsk, Ufa, Voronezh and other large cities. In trial mode it is provided free of charge.
- SDEK first announced interval delivery in July 2023. Then the service was available only in Moscow and the interval was one hour.
- In March 2024, SDEK launched same-day delivery within a city. Users can receive the package within four hours of placing the order on the mobile app.
