Users must first verify their device model (Pixel phone or tablet) and their country of residence. Google then asks you to evaluate 14 key aspects of system performance, including stability, performance, battery life, camera quality, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi performance, and app experience.
Particular attention is paid to features such as authentication (using face or fingerprint), call quality and device charging (wired and wireless). Users can also rate the overall experience of the device on a scale of 1 to 5.
One of the new features of the survey is the “Top Problem Area” block, where you are asked to choose which problems with the device’s functionality are most important to the user. Options such as audio experience and system user interface are also added to this list.
Finally, testers can evaluate the Android Beta program and make suggestions for improvements. Google has also provided various open fields for comments and descriptions.
