On November 16, the brand opened a corner in the Tsvetnoy department store on Tsvetnoy Boulevard in Moscow. A representative of the company in Russia confirmed to the publication that the company intends to develop in Russia. According to him, the first full-format store will open at the end of 2024 in the Aviapark shopping center. The development of Les Benjamins sales in Russia will be supervised by the Intermode company, which currently manages the Superstep clothing and footwear chain.

Les Benjamins was founded in 2011 by 19-year-old Istanbul native Bunyamin Aydin. As Aydin himself said in an interview with GQ Middle East, the brand is primarily aimed at a female audience, but plans to evolve into jewelry, denim and hats.

According to the founder, the company strives to create an image of the “modern East.” Les Benjamins released collaborations with Puma and Hugo. The Lamoda market classifies the brand as premium.

According to a study by Fashion Consulting Group (FCG), in 2023 the Russian fashion market grew by 10.5% compared to the previous year. FCG analysts predicted increased competition by 2024, an increase in retail prices with a decrease in overall consumer income, greater localization of brands and growth in clothing trade in markets.
