The number of complaints began to gradually increase at approximately 11:00 Moscow time. Users reported problems loading the online platform’s website and application.
The peak of complaints occurred at 15:15 Moscow time. Until that moment, 151 users reported problems with the service and network failures reached 3.45%. On the “Sboy.RF” portal the number of complaints was 184.
On Downdetector.su, the most reported problems were residents of the Tver region, St. Petersburg, the Leningrad region, the Nizhny Novgorod region, Moscow, the Moscow region and the Samara region.
Avito RB.RU reported that 1% of iOS users “may experience difficulties launching the application” after updates. “We have already corrected everything and sent the updates to the site. If you can’t log in to Avito, reinstall the application or try to log in later; The update process may take up to 24 hours,” the company clarified.
