On the afternoon of November 25, users reported a malfunction at T-Bank, according to data from the Downdetector.su portal. In total, almost a thousand people reported problems.

Complaints about the bank’s work began to arrive at approximately 15:15 Moscow time. Users noticed problems with the request, transfers and payments.
The peak of complaints occurred at 15:48 Moscow time. Until then, 625 users had reported problems and network failures reached 0.901%. On the “Sboy.RF” portal the number of complaints was 348.
Most of the problem reports on Downdetector.su came from the Tver region, Nizhny Novgorod region, St. Petersburg, Leningrad region, Moscow, Moscow region and Novosibirsk region.
An RB.RU correspondent was convinced of the failure: when logging into the T-Bank application, he received a notification with the text “Payments and transfers may not work. We are already fixing it.” RB.RU sent a request to the credit institution.
