The new chip resistors are distinguished by their low temperature coefficient of resistance – only 5 ppm/°C, which ensures stable operation in the temperature range from -55 to +100 degrees Celsius. The unique technology and prototypes were developed at the Scientific Research Institute of Electron-Mechanical Devices (NIIEMP), which is part of the holding.
The components are based on a thin-film resistive structure that increases their durability and reliability. In addition to space and aviation electronic equipment, they can also be used in communication systems, navigation and other equipment where minimum dimensions and high reliability are important.
