GDDR7 memory will provide a significant increase in bandwidth compared to GDDR6 and GDDR6X.
According to leaks, RTX 50XX modules will support speeds of up to 28 Gbps and, in some cases, up to 32 Gbps. Samsung is also developing modules with potential speeds of up to 42.5 Gbps, but these are expected to be used only in future updates of the Ti/SUPER series.
NVIDIA RTX 50XX series will be released in January 2025 and all its features will be announced at CES 2025.
