On the afternoon of November 26, users complained about a Megafon malfunction, according to data from the Downdetector.su website. In total, more than 600 people reported problems.

Complaints began to arrive at approximately 11:30 Moscow time. Users noted problems with the Internet and mobile communications from the operator.
The peak of reports of technical problems occurred at 12:15 Moscow time. Until then, 355 users had reported problems and network failures reached 1.74%. On the website “Sboy.RF” the number of complaints was 287.
On Downdetector.su, most reports about the bug came from the Murmansk region. Megafon’s press service informed RB.RU that there was an interruption in the communication line, so temporary interruptions in data transmission are possible in certain areas of this region.
“A backup communication channel is currently connected. Voice communication is fully functional. Emergency work is underway, we are making all necessary efforts to restore service as soon as possible,” said a representative of the operator.
