Experts are confident that artificial intelligence can already be used today to solve simple problems and facilitate routine tasks. It successfully copes with the automation of repetitive processes, helps with management and is even used in smart call centers, for example, when accepting applicants. However, experts emphasize that human control is mandatory in such processes.
Elena Bazanova, head of the Department of Foreign Languages at MIPT, noted that artificial intelligence can take over planning or developing work schedules, but the result of its work should not be accepted without verification. He emphasized that artificial intelligence remains a technology created and fully controlled by humans, and there is no need to fear it. According to him, artificial intelligence is a tool that can relieve a person, not replace him.
Experts also agree that artificial intelligence in the education sector should be seen as an assistant and not a key element for now. It is predicted that it will reach expert level within 15-20 years at the latest. So far, this is hampered by an inadequately developed material and technical base, as well as the need to improve technologies and adapt them to educational needs.
