Ibex is the second generation of the Steam Controller gamepad, which is expected to replace the first model from 2015.

The design of the updated device is significantly different from its predecessor. The trackpads are preserved, but have become square like the Steam Deck, and the controller itself resembles a portable console without a screen.

The new product will feature two analog sticks, a trigger, a crosshair and a set of round buttons.

Roy are the controllers of Valve’s upcoming virtual reality headset codenamed Deckard.

According to rumors, the device will be standalone based on ARM chip and will be able to work without connecting to a PC. There are currently several prototypes of Roy available, but it is still unknown which version will go on sale.
