As of 12:30 Moscow time, 231 complaints about the work of MTS were registered. Most of the messages came from the Nizhny Novgorod region (7%), the Vologda region (6%), as well as Moscow, the Moscow region, the Tver region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region ( 5% each).
Users most often complain about general failures – 78%. Less frequently, problems are reported with the mobile application (11%), the website (4%), the personal account (3%) and other services (2%).
Bankruptcies also affected MTS Bank clients. Problems are reported in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region (5%), the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (5%), Moscow and the Moscow region (4%), Udmurtia (3%) and the Novosibirsk region ( 3%). ).
Among the main violations in the bank’s work are general failures, which accounted for 55% of all complaints. Customers also reported failures in the mobile application (19%), services (13%), website (6%) and personal account (6%).
This is the third failure of MTS this month: on November 1, the number of complaints exceeded 2 thousand, on November 26 – 1 thousand.
