The company is also looking for locations for six more stores, according to the report.
Additionally, Vkusville launched delivery through popular services such as Yandex.Eda, Wolt and Glovo. Online sales in Kazakhstan account for about 30% of the project’s revenue.
According to the company’s press service, more than 45% of the assortment of the chain’s stores in Kazakhstan consists of locally produced products. Since the opening of the first point, the assortment has doubled.
Vkusville opened its first store in Kazakhstan in April 2024. Groceries, products with a short shelf life and non-food products are on the shelves. Then, experts warned that the local market has a lower level of income, so the grocery retailer needs to change the matrix, adjusting it to the needs of consumers.
