The process of checking the accuracy of Gemini answers will become a little simpler. In the Google app for Android, search engine started adding links to related articles with each expression provided by the artificial intelligence.

Source, still under development by staff Android Authoritywill add potential sources for the information the model provides. But instead of leaving the links hidden, relevant articles appear right below the reply.

Additionally, when available Information related articles can be viewed by pressing the “Expand” button (shown with a down arrow) next to the answer.

THE function won’t stop Google’s AI from continuing to hallucinate – and checking information remains an important process. But next time the model suggests adding white glue to the pizza, you’ll know where the questionable answer is coming from.

This feature is already available in other Google apps

In a way, function is very similar to the relevant links displayed in the “AI-generated Overview” from search engine to browser. A similar function was already available in the mobile app, but only by tapping the “G” button with Google colors.

THE the function was found in Beta version 15.47.28 of the Google app. The feature is not currently available to testers and it is unknown when the interface change will be released.

Naturally, there are no predictions about the introduction of the new product to the public.
