Previously, when a new folder was opened, a separate window was created, causing the desktop to become cluttered. Now users can configure folders to open in new tabs in the same window, similar to working in a web browser.
To open a folder in a new window, simply hold down the Ctrl key while clicking or double-clicking.
Additionally, a “Start Backup” button will often appear in Explorer’s address bar and you will be prompted to save folders to the cloud via OneDrive.
With the new update, users will be able to manage these reminders by right-clicking on the button and selecting “Remind me later” or “Remind me again”.
