“We have been attracting foreign specialists for a long time who have all the necessary documents to work in our logistics facilities, for example as sorters or order pickers. The same applies to Indian professionals,” Ozon told RB.RU.

The company denied experts’ assumptions about hiring IT specialists from India.

“This project has nothing to do with finding employees in the IT sector,” explained a market representative.

RB.RU previously discovered that Internet Solutions LLC, a legal entity of the Ozon market, is looking for agencies to help with the registration and delivery of new employees from India.

As part of the contract, it is necessary to issue tickets for approximately 150 to 300 people per month, who will travel in groups of 10 to 15 people, from India, as well as from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Ozon later declined to reveal details.

As Natalya Kolesnikova, director of Ancor Industry, explained to RB.RU, attracting immigrants in the face of personnel shortages in the current labor market is one of the trends.

How and in which markets is it better to go so as not to run out and make money? Choose the right training from the course catalog on the market.

“Indian job seekers are applying for both unskilled and more advanced positions. We are talking about positions such as engineers, doctors, lawyers. IT specialists are in special demand,” Kolesnikova reported.
