MTS conducted a study of the mobile habits of smartphone users.

As part of the study of the MTS Secretary service, more than 1,000 respondents of smartphone owners aged 18 to 54 years old in all regions of MTS presence were surveyed online.

According to the service, Russians have become 145% more likely to use digital secretaries to process phone calls. The main reasons: the use of technology, as well as avoiding exposure to air and reducing the time spent talking to unfamiliar numbers.

The average user transfers about 55 calls per month. This helps you focus on more important tasks by entrusting call handling to a reliable AI assistant. For example, the MTS Secretary service is a smart answering machine that can independently receive calls and send messages in text and audio format, providing convenient access to information even in those moments when I am not able to immediately answer the call.

Some statistics:

► people aged 35-55 years more often choose classic telephone conversations
► at the age of 14–30 people prefer instant messengers and voice messages
► 31% of women experience anxiety when calling unknown numbers
► 20% of men experience anxiety when calling unknown numbers
► men are more often willing to work on calls to unknown numbers

Most of the irrigated people recognized the problem of wasting time on unnecessary conversations. 70% said they often find unimportant calls by accident, and 60% of respondents said missed calls cause them to miss important meetings or deliveries.

Among the regions where the MTS Secretary service is most popular, the leaders are Moscow (12%), Krasnodar (9%), St. Petersburg (6%), Ufa (4%), Yekaterinburg (3%), Rostov-on-Don (3). %), Novosibirsk (3%), Kazan (3%), Samara (2%) and Perm (2%).
