An analogue of the SWIFT international bank data exchange system was developed by the NTI Competence Center “Distributed Ledger Technologies of St. Petersburg State University”, the ANO press service “NTI Platforms” reported.
Russian banks, disconnected from SWIFT, should evaluate such a system, the developer believes. Now, no country will be able to disconnect a bank or another state from the blockchain, because all users will have the same rights and technical capabilities.
This system supports the exchange of more than 25,000 messages within a single node, while it is possible to scale the platform, which will increase the bandwidth and connect more users.
