The device will get 16GB of GDDR7 video memory and use a GB203 chip, the same as the old RTX 5080 but in a simplified configuration.

Thanks to the 256-bit memory bus, the transfer speed will reach 896 GB/s, which is 33% higher than the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER.

The power consumption of the RTX 5070 Ti will be 350 W (TDP), which is 23% more than previous models.

This will allow the video card to provide a noticeable increase in performance in games and applications. NVIDIA plans to introduce six models of the RTX 50XX series, including the RTX 5070 Ti, in the first half of 2025.

The series is expected to premiere at CES 2025, where NVIDIA will announce more details about the new graphics cards.
