“The service provides companies and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to obtain data on the state of commercial health of the company in an easy and accessible way, including the dynamics of key sales indicators, information on customer return rates and an impersonal comparison of your performance with the competition. ”the statement says.
According to him, the tool not only analyzes basic indicators (income, number of clients, purchases, average invoice), but also allows the company to be correlated with the market and the competition, as well as to analyze clients. This data will help make decisions, for example, about launching an advertising campaign, T-Bank explained.
Business Analytics provides information in the form of graphs and tables. In the new interface of the application and personal account on the T-Bank website, customers can view trading indicators on one screen, follow their dynamics and view statistics for all stores together or for each one separately.
If a client of a credit institution has used commercial procurement for a year, he will have access to analysis for the entire period, as well as the opportunity to formulate a strategy for the next year, T-Bank noted. In the future, the service will include Internet procurement analysis.
