Foreign journalists are calling on Apple to disable the AI news reporting feature in the Apple News app.
The announcement came after Apple News showed users a false headline claiming that United Health CEO Brian Thompson, a suspect in the murder, had shot himself, although that was not a graphic.
Apple has not yet commented on the incident.
