Ozone and logistics operator SDEK have launched joint order pickup points that operate on the basis of existing SDEK points. The new project so far covers small cities with populations of up to 50 thousand people; The top 10 locations currently accept customers from both companies. Ozon and SDEK are confident that this will help make delivery easier and more accessible for small town residents.
As part of the collaboration, customers will be able to receive orders according to the usual scheme: using barcodes, through applications, assembly and on-site returns. Combining distribution points allows companies to optimize logistics and increase visitor flow. SDEK representatives stated that the project saves time for users as all orders can now be received from one place.
Nearly 100 of these locations are planned to be opened by the end of the year, and by the beginning of 2025, the project will reach cities with a population of over 1 million and a total number of locations of up to 500. two brands – Ozon and SDEK.
