Chitosan has the ability to effectively absorb heavy metals, toxic protein molecules and eliminate unpleasant odors. As part of the experiment, scientists collected water from an ordinary puddle, purified it using a filter, and presented it for analysis. The results showed that the water complies with sanitary standards, confirming its suitability for drinking.
The cleanser is a bag of biogel made in a “layer cake” shape. Carbon filters are located between layers of chitosan gel. This bag is placed inside a filter cartridge attached to the bottle. One filter is designed for 5 liters of water.
