Using Qualcomm 3D Sonic Gen 2 technology, the browser has become faster and more convenient thanks to the new “Unlocking with fingerprint when the screen is off” feature. Users can now unlock the device without turning on the screen.

To enable the function, you need to go to settings: Security & privacy > Unlock device > Face & fingerprint and turn on “Fingerprint unlock”.

The update also improves the adaptive refresh rate of the screen, optimizing the fluidity of animations and saving battery power.

Pixel 9 users can take advantage of the new features by installing the Android 16 beta version.
