The program of events is presented by AGR LLC, the official representative of the machine manufacturer on the Russian market.

The recall covers 31,741 Skoda Rapid vehicles and 23,943 Volkswagen Polo vehicles sold between 2014 and 2023. Car owners will receive a letter or call.

When vehicles are idle for long periods of time and at extremely low ambient temperatures (below -35°C), electrostatic charge can build up on the surface of the fuel lines. In rare cases, this phenomenon can lead to the destruction of the fuel pipe material, Rosstandart reports.

After the recall, a fuel filter ground wire will be installed on vehicles at nearby dealers within 30 minutes. If the VIN is listed, the owner can contact the dealership themselves. You can check if a vehicle is included in the recall program by following this link.

All work will be carried out free of charge for the owners.
