So, the S25 Ultra will have a 200 MP Samsung ISOCELL HP2 sensor for the main camera, 12 MP Sony IMX754, 50 MP Sony IMX854 and 12 MP Samsung ISOCELL S5K3LU sensor for the selfie camera. The only notable hardware change is the ultra-wide-angle camera, which can use the new 50-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL S5KJN3 (GN3) sensor, media captioning.
Rumors also suggest that a new ALoP system that moves the lens array above the periscope prism may be included, but this is not certain.
The lack of significant upgrades despite high-quality sensors may disappoint those expecting significant camera improvements.
The flagship is expected to be introduced in January 2025.
