According to Bloomberg, at the end of the exchange day there is a sharp drop in the value of securities precisely at the time of publication of the corresponding Decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

It transferred to “temporary” management 15.83 billion ordinary shares and almost 93,000 preferred shares of the Russian subsidiary AB InBev Efes, formed in 2018 through the merger of Turkish and Belgian companies in the Russian Federation.

The company operates 11 breweries in Russia that produce such popular beer brands as Bud, Efes Pilsner, Kozel, Klinskoye, Bely Medved, etc.
