The list of instructions on the Kremlin website, in particular, speaks of the need to finalize the passports of national projects for approval at a meeting of the Presidium of the Strategic Development Council before January 9 and to finalize and approve a unified plan to achieve national achievement. targets until 2030 by February 15, taking into account potential prospects until 2036.
Work should be done on new projects, relying on an analytical analysis of the results of the implementation of national projects in 2019-2024. It must be carried out by the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, after which it must make recommendations to the government for further planning.
In his instructions, the President specifically focused on a number of industries to which he attributes special importance. Thus, Vladimir Putin commissioned a course of “technological leadership” and “technological independence” for the country, for which “indicators for a comprehensive assessment of the level of technological sovereignty in priority sectors of the economy” were initially determined, and then followed. .
As part of the same task, Putin drew the attention of the Cabinet of Ministers to the need to accelerate the development of unmanned aircraft and “stimulate the development of autonomous intelligent transport systems” (which will require the formation of an appropriate regulatory framework) .
The government, together with the state corporation Roscosmos, is also obliged to prepare by May 1, 2025 a national project for the development of space activities until 2030 and until 2036.
