All accounts, savings and debts of Rosbank clients were transferred to T-Bank. Debit cards do not require reissuance and now also work with T-Bank ATMs and its partner network.

The only key change was the need to install the T-Bank app and make all new transactions through it. Only the transaction history before the merger remained in the Rosbank application.

T-Bank’s parent company, T-Technologies (formerly TKS Holding), received control of 99.4% of Rosbank shares in August 2024. To join the latter, T-Bank will make an additional share issue with a nominal volume of 3 billion rubles, which will increase its authorized capital by 44% – from 6.8 billion to 9.8 billion rubles.

Having almost doubled its capital, assets and client base thanks to the merger, T-Bank can become the fifth largest credit institution in the Russian Federation in terms of funds and the fourth in terms of the size of the loan portfolio of the citizens.

“We already have 33 million active customers. This is just the beginning! And we have great ambitions for 2025,” declares T-Technologies on its Telegram channel.
